Privacy notice for Staff Awards 'Voice of the Child' nominations

What we do with your personal data 

Your privacy is important to us and we take great care to protect it. This form is set up to gather nominations for Achieving for Children’s Staff Awards. 

The personal information you provide will be used by Achieving for Children:

• For the judging panel to make an informed decision in choosing a shortlist for the 'Voice of the Child' category.
• Where necessary, to source your contact details in Achieving for Children’s systems in order to confirm the name of your nominee if you have not provided their full name.
• To contact you, the nominator, if the person you nominated has been shortlisted.

Any personal details will be removed from the judging packs, except for the information required to make a decision on shortlisting and category winners.

The personal data submitted on these forms will be stored securely for no more than one year for the purposes of organising the awards event. Information will not be shared beyond the points outlined above without further permission being sought.

• the law says we must
• there is a risk of serious harm
