Digital, Data and IT Strategy

In 2018, Achieving for Children began its digital journey with the goal of fostering digital growth across the organisation. Our aim has been to develop digital solutions that empower our staff to work more efficiently and effectively, while delivering improved, more interactive services to children, young people, and their families.

We are working towards a future where digital services are seamlessly integrated into everyday life, enabling all our communities to easily access the support they need.

Our Digital, Data, and IT (DDIT) strategy is designed to make Children's Services safer, more streamlined, accessible, and better informed. We aim to build a resilient and scalable foundation that evolves with the needs of our communities. At the same time, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cybersecurity to protect our systems and data from emerging threats, while continuously improving the user experience for those we serve.

Through this approach, we aim to drive continuous improvements in service delivery, enabling our communities to engage more effectively with our services, while maintaining security, resilience, and a focus on supporting those who are most in need.
