Our salary ranges are as follows:
| Newly Qualified Social Worker | £35,265 |
| Social Worker | £38,355 to £46,406 |
| Senior Social Workers/Senior Practitioner | £42,527 to £50,608 |
| Assistant Team Manager | £48,363 to £54,766 |
| Team Manager | £49,083 to £52,116 |
| Team Leader | £53,605 to £62,087 |
Alongside a competitive salary, we also offer:

- 29 days annual leave, increasing to 33 days after two years and 35 days after four years
