Our salary ranges are as follows:

| Social worker | £44,799 to £48,932 |
| Senior practitioner | £49,087 to £53,652 |
| Assistant team manager | £53,829 to £58,869 |
| Team manager | £60,559 to £66,124 |
Alongside a competitive salary, we also offer:
- Retention payment for selected roles
- 29 days annual leave, increasing to 33 days after two years and 35 days after four years
