Windsor & Maidenhead social work offer

Our salary ranges are as follows:

Newly qualified social worker £37,413
Social worker £44,799 to £48,932
Senior practitioner £49,087 to £53,652
Assistant team manager £53,829 to £58,869
Team manager £60,559 to £66,124


Alongside a competitive salary, we also offer:

  • Retention payment for selected roles
  • 29 days annual leave, increasing to 33 days after two years and 35 days after four years
