Windsor & Maidenhead social work offer

Our salary ranges are as follows:

Newly Qualified Social Worker £35,265
Social Worker £38,355 to £46,406
Senior Social Workers/Senior Practitioner £42,527 to £50,608
Assistant Team Manager £48,363 to £54,766
Team Manager £49,083 to £52,116
Team Leader £53,605 to £62,087

Alongside a competitive salary, we also offer:

  • Retention payment for selected roles
  • 29 days annual leave, increasing to 33 days after two years and 35 days after four years
