Kingston & Richmond social work offer

We provide a range of benefits to our social workers and social worker leaders in recognition of their commitment to the role.

Our salary ranges are as follows:

Newly Qualified Social Worker £38,364
Social Worker £39,915 to £42,840
Senior Social Workers
(mainly seniors that have at least five years experience)
£44,019 to £47,040
Senior practitioner £46,041 to £49,083
Advanced Practitioner
(Safeguarding teams)
£49,083 to £52,116
Team Leader £53,136 to £56,172

 

Alongside a competitive salary, we also offer:

  • 29 days annual leave, increasing to 33 days after two years and 35 days after four years

On occasions we are in the position to offer some additional financial payments for particularly hard to place roles in selected service areas of AfC.
