Why work for us?
We are Social Work Employer of the Year – find out more on our News page.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to add to our already successful teams who are keen to improve quality and deliver positive results for children and their families. This includes ensuring that both early help services and safeguarding services are closely linked to guarantee children receive the most appropriate services. We offer the opportunity to work in this brand new social enterprise focused solely on delivering services for children and young people. The work we do makes a difference.
Achieving for Children is a pleasant working environment and there is a friendly, co-operative atmosphere, valuing the contribution of each member of staff.
Employees are recruited, trained and promoted on the basis of ability, the requirements of the job and similar objective criteria. It is our policy to ensure that no employee or job applicant should receive more or less favourable treatment on the grounds of race, nationality, colour, ethnic or national origin, age, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, religion or disability in any matters to do with employment.
Our offices are based in various locations in the boroughs of Kingston upon Thames and Richmond upon Thames, with good transport links.
