HM Inspectorate of Probation has published its inspection of youth offending services in Kingston and Richmond, which gave an overall rating of Good, with six areas judged Good, four Outstanding and two Inadequate.

We provide the full range of children’s social care services. We support our social workers to undertake creative methods of intervention to ensure the voice of the child is at the centre of service development.
We believe in taking a preventative approach to working with children and their families. We have developed a package of support to help local authorities to rethink their approach to early help services while improving outcomes for children.
We have developed an improvement package to support local authorities in raising the quality and performance of children’s services in their area. We are already working with a number of authorities across the country.
We provide an extensive range of services for schools, including: school improvement and curriculum support, governor support, educational psychology, online safeguarding advice, school business support, school workforce development.
We provide foster care services for Kingston, Richmond and Windsor & Maidenhead Councils.
