Powerstation Youth Centre is finalist in film competition
Young people from the Powerstation Youth Centre were finalists in a national film competition.
The competition was run by Cut Films (the education and prevention arm of Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation). Young people across the UK researched smoking and tobacco and then made a two-minute advert to persuade their friends not to smoke.
The Powerstation young people were finalists in the 12–15 age category for their film ‘Stand Up’.
