Located on the Thames in Kingston, Albany is a professional outdoor activity provider that prides itself in its ability to enhance and support the development of all participants within Key Stage 2 upwards with the use of the outdoors.
Albany’s facilities and activities are flexible and accessible making it an excellent venue for user groups with additional needs with access to specialist equipment where needed.
The range of activities and experience that are on offer interlink with the National Curriculum guidelines for many subjects. The team is creative in its delivery and evidencing outcomes for the use of all individuals to enhance their personal and academic achievements.
Albany’s senior team is happy to work with the teaching staff in the planning stages to develop a learning journey that is best designed to meet the expected outcomes for the programme that is of interest.
We are licensed by the Adventure Activities & Licensing Service and follow their guidance to ensure all participants can experience exciting and stimulating activates outdoors without being exposed to avoidable risks.
